defective item & Horrible customer care

I purchased with tech support to cover any repairs. desktop does not boot so took it to store for geeksquad repair. BB does not cover since its hardware. I need to pay for shipping &repair cost. requested for exchange & return: Answer is, 5 days passed over return due date so not refundable. referred to online support for return. Online support pushed to store...finally gave up. strong recommend not to purchase computers, waste of money & time. it worth to purchase at costco with 4 yr warranty rather wasting money tech support & best customer support & care.

Didnt even boot up complete junk

I received this order quickly however when I went to set it up it didn't even boot up. 4 red beeps is all I got. When I returned to Best Buy and asked how they can send a refurbished computer out that doesn't work I was told they don't even go over them. Complete junk. For them to not even test what you are getting.
