    My sister and I bought new computers for home use and our sales associate at Best Buy was wonderful. Also having out old computer information transferred to the new ones was so easy and fast. Everyone we delt with at Best Buy was wonderful and efficient. Thank you BEST BUY

    great pc has everything i need, user friendly, representative was great in assisting me in selecting the new computer.. I had to purchase a new one since windows 11 is coming and my existing computer was not compatible.

    The keyboard on my computer is not working. I'm trying to set it up and it's stuck at the keyboard error screen. Like there's a BIOS issue. Brand new computer.
