DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRINTER. Any person who has given a good review hasn't had the printer long enough for it to continuously malfunction. There is NO TECH support. Believe me. The HP app. is just as dysfunctional as this printer. It doesn't stay connected to the internet. You have to troubleshoot before each and every print session. Sometimes you're lucky and sometimes you're not. This is honestly the worse printer on the market. The price is low but it's not worth the frustration. It's been about a year so far and I can't take it anymore. It runs out of tricolor ink after only a few pages. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Wouldn’t connect to HP web services no matter how many times resetting the router, turning the ringer on and off. Cartridge door rather flimsy. Have to say not one of HP’s best produced product. Really wanted to like it cause of its size. Rather very dissatisfied.

Rather than being able to place a document on a tray, with this printer you must start the function then feed the document. The feed does not pick up very well, and you may have to make several attempts to get your document to copy or scan correctly.
