It struggles to connect to the internet (connection drops constantly, even on fiber internet), it DOES NOT SCAN (I learned this the fun way when it almost shredded a single tax paper), and I've yet to have a single interaction with it that didn't involve needing to seek online assistance (note, the HP Print and Scan Doctor software can not communicate with this printer). The only software it will work for is the phone app as the computer application will not communicate if you restart your computer after initial setup. I work in IT and I've never had such a consistently difficult experience with a device.

The paper is difficult to load apparently because we usually have to put it in at least twice before the printer "accepts" it. seldom does printing occur without some issue in the printer que. We'll uninstall a[[ and reinstall and see if there's any improvement
