Works for Occasional Use

it is an ok printer

Definitely a downgrade from my last HP printer. a bit slow, scanner ability is ok. Not bad for just a basic home printer set up, but don't expect much out of performance

Portable Printer

Small, light, easy to find space for packing into my travel kit. Have used it numerous times and find that it produces high-quality prints for presentation handouts.

DO NOT BUY

Maybe replaced the ink twice and it crapped out. Bought this on 3/8/17 got home and tried installing it for 2.5 hours and I'm pretty tech savvy at that to. Instructions were horrible and completely vague. Not only that I installed the ink cartridge after having watched a hp video, well attempted to at least. Opened the tray and the carriage never moved at all I tried all the trouble shooting, unplugged, reinstalled ink, downloaded their support app, still giving the same error that there's a jam when it's never been used once. Couldn't even get the alignment page or test page done. Did some research and found out this is a issue with this printer. Do not buy this thing. It's a waste of time and money.
