Any printing on 2 sides of the paper has to be done manually, scanning function does not work very well.

After several people helping me, I was still unsuccessful. I tried the Best Buy expert and our connectionwas so bad that it finally failed.

I will say it was tough figuring things out on the site they told me to go to. For someone who is not co.puter save' it took awhile to figure some things out and I'm still not done.
