no luck

It constantly says there is a paper jam. I can not find a paper jam. I can not reset the printer. When I check online, it says that there may not actually be a paper jam, it just thinks there is. Nothing it has suggested I do has helped. I am able to scan but because I can not print, this is pretty much useless to me.
