Too slow of a printer

Disappointed in shipping

I had bought it as a gift for mothers/ fathers day and I was highly disappointed with how the package was sent to me. No one actually put the item in a box so they just put a label on the HP box, so everyone knows whats inside and then it came with a puncture in the side of the box. So hopefully everything is okay with the printer. Should have just gone to the store to buy one.

There's nothing you can do about it. Getting it to print from wi-fi is almost impossible without turning it off and on again. I've fought with for a year and have finally decided to give up and get a different one. Avoid at all costs.

Once we got past the initial setup (which admittedly took a little longer than it should have due to our internet issues), it’s been smooth sailing. The print quality is decent and the printing speed is fast. Overall, we are very happy with this printer.

Nice compact printer
