A Great Little Printer Once It Is Up And Running

Not what I expected.

It uses way to much ink and automatically prints information when an error occurs. I purchased this printer because my old one stopped working at the last minute and I needed something cheap fast. I wish I would’ve saved my money.

He wanted a simple printer that he could use to print out forms, as needed. Per the reviews, I thought this would be a great choice. When it works.... it's great. It does the job. Unfortunately, it only works when it feels like it. I have connected it by bluetooth, to the Wi-Fi, and even ordered a cord for it to be connected manually to the laptop he prints from... and it only works about 50% of the time. Almost every time we want to use it, it has to be reconnected- meaning you have to go thru the set up as if its brand new. We have moved it around the house, thinking that it had a bad connection due to location... and still, it struggles to work. I wish I could give this a better review. For the record, it is connected to a Dell Inspiron laptop (also brand new). I also got the HP app, which should have helped, and even the agents online couldn't figure out what's wrong with it. Bummer.
