Best Buy Associate Saved My Day

Best Buy made it easy to pick up one quickly and get my assignment turned in! The guy who rang me up was super polite, helpful, and overall great despite my bad attitude and stress due to my homework assignment being due.

The HP app makes it easy to scan documents with your phone and then send them to the printer. You can also enroll in an ink membership that sends you more ink when you're low!

If you are planning on buying this printer to print photos I don’t recommend, they don’t print very good. SOMETIMES while I’m printing my school work the lettering looks like it’s overlapping but it doesn’t happen all the time. And to print using the wireless printing is also a headache sometimes and takes a while to connect. If you need a printer for school or work I don’t recommend getting this one.

piece of garbage
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i am so disappointed. just received this printer today and the printer carriage is stuck on the left, wont move to center to be able to load the ink, I went on several forums including HP's own support site and found out this is a common problem with this printer. They actually have a piece of plastic that holds the cartridges back from moving. needless to say, it wont budge and while I want to throw it out the window, I will be returning it and will no longer buy anything from HP again.

Good printer with small issues

The scanning only possible if you are doing with regular paper. If you need scan a document like passport and all then not possible. Also after using it for 18 months the printing was not great anymore it needs alingnment and purchased different one from brothers. Actually not recomending to anyone.
