To be honest it works slowly. I feel like printers just aren't what they use to be. They are super expensive and process things super slow but still gets the job done. I don't like having to do things off my phone either. I miss the days you could get the same kind of printer for 20 to 50bucks and it print rather quickly

Ordered this printer for my elderly mom for Christmas. It has a small footprint and works well for her needs. Ink needs to be replaced often, but I think it dries out before she uses the cartridges up because she doesn't print much.

This HP product works great for home use. I can imagine it not being as efficient if consistently printing large documents.

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Easy to install ink. Just easy!

Plain Print.The Plastic I.D. Would need a better scanning location for a Top Three Printer recognition consideration.

I absolutely love this printer. Very, very easy to use!

Had a lot of trouble installing it. Finally took the Geed Squad nearly 5 hours s as bd could only connect it via a USB cable, not as an air printer. Very frustrating that the password and IP address kept changing every 90 seconds and 5 minutes respectively. I used 72 printed pages to arrive at not having an air printer. It shouldn’t be so difficult!!!!!

Doesn't take up too much space. Seems to function well!

Good value but lack of setup disc caused problems in establishing a printer connection.

This was a birthday gift for my sister. She has yet to give me feedback on the printer as she has not set it up yet.

Instructions could have been more explicit. They were hard to follow at times. I would have preferred an instruction booklet.

The Printer works very well, after you can figure it out, which is difficult when it doesn't come with any instructions. The Best Buy Customer Service Team is excellent. I am a daily visitor after I purchased a new Apple computer and an HP printer. The computer came with an instruction book that was several years outdated, and the printer with no instructions Bless Customer Service.

Inexpensive desktop printer option. Does a job. Feels very "lightweight" (lightweight plastic..) - but my last HP inkjet lasted more than 10 years - so for the price... I don't aim to do much heavy duty printing with this unit..

Printer disconnects from wi-fi after every use so you have to go in, reset. Wait. Then the time from print to actually getting the doc is much longer than I anticipated

This printer was described as a printer, scanner and copier but alas the scanner and copier functions only allowed for a single sheet to be inserted into a slot for input. My needs included the ability to scan and copy from publications, multiple photos and medical cards placed on a glass bed which this model does not have. I returned this model and purchased one that clearly included this capability.

Pay a few more $$ and get a flatbed scanner. It works, I just like the flatbed better.

By far the slowest, cheapest, low quality printer I have ever had. I don't print much but when I do it's a whole ordeal with this thing. I Travel with my lap top and every time I want to use this I have to re-set it up. I can never access this printer through wireless, the scanner alwasy pops up as an error. My documents dont save through the hp application. The ink looks horrible. what else can i say except DONT BUY THIS!! Way to late to return it now.

Very disappointed in the fact that I bought this printer and couldn't set it up because it only comes with "setup cartridges" of ink and mine were dried out. So then I had to buy new ink cartridges on top of buying the new printer before I could even get it to work.

Excellent quality. Geek Squad took time with my wife and I. No worries or pressure to make another purchase. Actually had funds returned to Best Buy Credit Card when I told him that the woman wouldn't give me an appointment without putting payment now.
