Decent small printer for the price.

Not good for anyone without internet access

No driver CD included with purchase. Downloaded installation drivers to jump drive but those drivers wanted to attach to internet. Ridiculous, HP. Make it simple. Include stand alone drivers with all your printers.

Waste of Money

It takes 45 minutes to print a page and ran out of ink 20 pages later. You get what you pay for. Now I have to buy a better one.

Doesn’t stay connected to Wi-Fi or computer.

My computer is HP and every time I put it on sleep or off, the printer reset itself and made me re install the app and printer. It waste all the ink and runs out so fast. I can’t even print things from wireless anymore.

My new printer

If I need them again then I just call anytime for their service.

Slow! And Never Connects through wifi!

I don't print much but when I do it's a whole ordeal with this thing. I Travel with my lap top and every time I want to use this I have to re-set it up. I can never access this printer through wireless, the scanner alwasy pops up as an error. My documents dont save through the hp application. The ink looks horrible. what else can i say except DONT BUY THIS!! Way to late to return it now.

I decided to get the same one, and I'm happy I made the choice.
