Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.with very few printing, copying, scanning needs, i used it about 10 times in 3 months, hence buying such a cheap printer. as soon as the return date had passed it no longer prints, copies, and could never get it to scan black and white nor color will print. trash. and that’s where it’s going. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS.

We could not get this printer hooked up to our computer (we don’t have WiFi-it doesn’t come with a cord). Even when I finally found a number for HP, they were going to charge me if they helped me over the phone with instructions-the printer came with none. It was so awful. (We finally bought a cord and figured it out with a lot of help from a friend over FaceTime)

However, I found with this printer, the ink was drying out to the point where I kept replacing the ink and it kept drying out. I had another bulky printer and I did the same thing with that one and I never had issues with the ink drying out, so I am just going to assume that there is something about the printer that allowed the ink to dry out, or it could always be HP is just making cheaper ink cartridges. I also was not a fan of how it scanned documents. You have to kind of shove the paper in a little further than the feeder will take it in. Other than that you get a strip on tip of the scan

My computer is HP and every time I put it on sleep or off, the printer reset itself and made me re install the app and printer. It waste all the ink and runs out so fast. I can’t even print things from wireless anymore.
