The scan quality is low, but overall its a great printer. Minor issues with disconnections from WIFI. No problem until I broke a small plastic piece while changing the ink 2 years later.

Big mistake

Printer just prints blank pages now. Tried to return it, salesperson said that the inexpensive printers are nothing but junk. Then why sell it. Unfortunately I cannot return it passed 14 days.

I am not tech savvy and the entire set up worked effortless. From the hook up, the ink installation and the download of software. Works great so far and I would recommend this for less savvy users.

Not Efficient for Scanning Multiple Page Documents

If you have to scan a multiple page document, you'll need to scan and save each page separately and then combine them which for me is very time intensive. If I had known this before, I would not have purchased. Ugh.
