    Printer works great with the Bluetooth connection from my phone. Unfortunately i bought it to connect to my laptop. They don't communicate well. Should have done a little more research and gone with a different brand.

  • Printer doesnt work wireless with our home network

    It took a few days to get this printer set up and still doesnt work with our home network system to print wireless. Called customer service and they recommended an in house service tech and may charge a fee so i passed on it. I had to buy extra parts just to get it to print non wireless.

    Not an easy set up. Had a geek squad member come out. Now my speakers don't work like they should. Idk, these printers are worse then they have ever been. It's not the geek squad member, He did what he was supposed to, but why all the problems? What happened to plug and play!

    Absolutely love this price. Love the sleek design and how compact it is. One thing I’m having issues with it doesn’t seem to cook my pop tarts very well. I’m also confused as to why I have to buy ink for it.

    This Hp desk jet printer is one of the best purchases I have made. I am a full time nursing who is always needing to print out something for class. Also, the printer is able to scan, mobile fax, a subscription for instant ink, and more!

    Had no problem connecting and within minutes I had the documents that I needed. Don’t confuse this little one for the large company owned type and think your printer will be zoom out what you need. Just takes a little patience...
