Set up has been frustrating, and randomly, like 2 hours later, it might spit out a test page! It prints when it wants to or not at all. Even if it's user error, it should be simpler to get it hooked up and ready - that's on the maker.

I haven't been able to get it to work. The online instructions point me toward the manual that came with the printer, and the manual points me back to the website. Going in circles. I plugged it in with a USB and I still can't get it to work.

- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
