    It took two visits to get printer instralled but is working fine. People shortage cause supervisor to handlle installation which was GREAYLY appreciated.

    If you are not going to be printing like crazy this printer is perfect for home use, obviously is a slow printer but for the money you paying is more than perfect.

    HP are wonderful products. Have not used this one yet, but it does copy, print, and scan as I need it to so I see no problem with it. Would definitely purchase another HP product.

    Had short time and printer not working support has not solved problem did not buy extended warranty no recourse - great when it worked but expensive shirt term use

    I do not recommend this item, it doesn’t read the original ink, is very hard to make it work have to clean and restart it a thousand times before it works, very poor quality.

    I think I got this free with a new laptop. Wasn't expecting much but it has been great. It consistently works well directly with the Wi-Fi and has been the primary device for my daughter (high school senior).

    Like my new HP Deskjet. Perfect for what I need it for. Scanning is not perfect but ok for my needs. Sometime need to reset to connect to my computer
