Excellent small printer for a great price. It's not labeled as portable, but it is very easy to take on the road for appointments. I've already gotten way more than my money's worth.

I am unhappy with this printer. I downloaded the HP app and is not compatible with my phone so I cannot use use it not to mention the 15 days was 10/1 so I owe this at on my and cannot use it. I called and I chatted with rep and was told they could not help me. I just opened this account.

should come with better instructions otherwise great product.

Like my new HP Deskjet. Perfect for what I need it for. Scanning is not perfect but ok for my needs. Sometime need to reset to connect to my computer

HP are wonderful products. Have not used this one yet, but it does copy, print, and scan as I need it to so I see no problem with it. Would definitely purchase another HP product.

It is a great product, as its cost-benefit ratio is really worthy. I do not care about the printing speed, as it fulfills my needs completely as a student. I strongly recommend it!

No instructions, very hard to connect to Apple products. Very hard to use

Compact to fit easily in a small apartment home office setup however the paper feed is awful. It worked fine for the first few pages and has consistently been unable to feed paper since. You will hear it spin while the paper tray sits full before the paper jam light comes on. There is nothing obviously jamming it, and if I physically hold the paper in place for it to grab, it'll ultimately grab multiple sheets to print one side.

Had short time and printer not working support has not solved problem did not buy extended warranty no recourse - great when it worked but expensive shirt term use

Do not waste your money on this useless printer. Does nothing right after many tries and trying to set up. I'm ready to just throw it in the trash!

It didn't hook up with my CHROMEBOOK, SALESMAN WAS A YOUNG KID & ASSURED ME IT WOULD WORK. NO so I brought it back got an CANON TS9120, Which was recommended to go with my CHROMEBOOK but yet still have yet to set it up. I have no up to date technology skills. I need geek squad. How much do they charge to come out & HELP. I am a loyal customer.THANKS

A good solid dependable printer. Had a little trouble setting up. Only problem is using up ink too fast, but that's a common problem with printers.

It prints slow and doesn't always print the entire page. It takes awhile before it starts to print.

Have not had it very long, but so far, so good. This printer is the newer edition of one I had previously that lasted a long, long time. Hopefully, this one will do the same.
