Flawless operation since setting up!! Have even installed ink cartridges myself with stenosis shriveled hands. A real bargain also.

This is a compact printer but if u want to scan a book then u won’t be able to scan

Could not get it to connect to the WI-FI and took it back to Best Buy for a refund. Was a nice size printer. Space saver. Upgrade to one that has a screen to help program WI-FI

HP Inkjet printer is an emergency backup device for my larger Canon Pro-100. Both of which I am extremely pleased with their performance.

Worked right out of the box. Easily connected to all of my devices, including my 2012 Mac computer with its older operating system.

I think I got this free with a new laptop. Wasn't expecting much but it has been great. It consistently works well directly with the Wi-Fi and has been the primary device for my daughter (high school senior).

Still can't get it to work with wi-fi! "Simple installation" turned out to not be so simple at all!

First of all it has been the easiest printer to use. Secondly HP will mail you ink for it. This takes the hassle out of buying ink. Couldn't be happier with our purchase.

This product is worthless, counter productive and a waste of money. Every time you turn it on it prints 3 sheets of information and that’s basically where all the ink goes.

I got this as a second printer and HP printers are always effective and work well.

I’m disappointed in this printer. I really wanted a plug and print, this isn’t that easy. The ink didn’t last long at all and the replacement cartridges are too expensive. I wouldn’t recommend this printer.

Printing speed is slow,but its good for domestic use .

This is the most frustrating printer ever. I bought it when I started working from home and have only used it once. I am trying to print for the SECOND time ever and it keeps telling me that it is out of paper.

Works as advertised, however ink ran out pretty quick

Since my son's printer is much too large for him to take to law school in Boston, I got him this smaller printer, which he has been very pleased with.

although HP said this printer was compatible with our Windows Vista Home Premium O/S, despite days of attempts to download the drivers and several calls to HP for setup help, we were unable to get the printer up and running - an installation CD would have helped enormously - Best Buy was great about taking it back, so they would get high marks even though the product itself and HP tech support failed - HP quality is good, but the experience was extremely frustrating -

This is the best printer you could get for it’s money hands down. I was worried about the size initially but it’s efficiency is unprecedented. Convenience exemplified.

The good thing about this printer is, it works. And, it was in stock, and didn’t cost 2 arms and a leg to purchase. It is, however, slower than molasses. I hadn’t realized that it’s a sheet fed scanner. Definitely sucks! But, on the bright side, again, it works.
