Dont waste your money

Even though we marked it for noone else to be able to print to it, everyone in the dorm BUT my daughter could print. It locked her out as restricted user and none of the instructions we followed, from hp or the internet, worked. It is now collecting dust in the garage because we didn't have the box and we bought her another brand.

Waste of time

I was trying to connect it to my brand new Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and it errors that it was incompatible with USB 3.0. I spend about 3 hours with Geek Squad when they finally pronounced this particularly item as citrus smelling. I exchanged it.

I have been trying to set up this printer on and off for several weeks. It is possible because of wifi service being so sporadic, but my speeds are high? I still do not have it where it is of any use. Could be operator?

I really wanted a plug and print, this isn’t that easy. The ink didn’t last long at all and the replacement cartridges are too expensive. I wouldn’t recommend this printer.
