Horrible purchase lasted less then a year, when I took it back, the refused to give me a new one. Would not recommend this product. I usually love HP by the way, so it was a let down

I liked this product a lot but needed a bigger model. Gave it to a relative and they are enjoying it .

I love this printer. It’s ideal for my 11 year daughter needs. Printing is a bit slow but considering we don’t use it for big projects it’s fine.

I’ve had this for some time now and it worked fine. For the last month it has not worked at all. I checked to see if jammed but no.

Simple and easy to use. I needed to get a printer but nothing fancy or extra and this is exactly what I was looking for.

Instructions were a bit cumbersome to understand and took a while to set up, got stuck a few times when printing and wasted some paper trying to print out a large document. Will keep but will not be using for large projects.

I realize it wasn't an expensive printer by any means but it didn't come with whatever cord it needed to be able to set up wifi printing and the instructions to set it up without the cord were ridiculously hard to understand.

She's a beauty, until you get a new WIFI/router and need to set up again on a new network. The QR codes aren't scanning properly, and links for support are AWOL. Beyond frustrating, printer is months old...I'm ditching and buying another NON-HP printer, just to get it over.

The printer works great, though I have 2 problems. One being it won’t connect to my wifi because it’s “to fast” you need slow wifi connection or it will not work? What the heck is that about? Haha! My second problem is your supposed to get a free ink supply for a few month upon purchase of the printer, but you can’t register it without being connected to the wifi??? I have it wired into my laptop and that still won’t work. Honestly I’m dropping it down to 2 stars for the foolishness of wifi being to fast. The printer works great otherwise though, so it will be 2 stars.

Easy setup. Be sure not to put too much paper in it. Made that mistake and took me a while to get it unjammed. Besides that, I love it!

Smaller than I expected, slow printing. Will not print on both sides of the paper must print odd pages then even. I thought I would pay more than the model below it in order to have a better printer. Disappointed. Not recommend.

The worst printer ever. Very difficult to use instructions not the best

The cable connection was loose when it arrived but I didn’t want to bother with the hassle of sending it back. A month later, the cable won’t even stay in and you can’t even keep it powered on by holding the cable in with your hand.

With the pandemic and some library is still closed this printer has been very helpful for when I need to print labels to return something

Love it! Was skeptical, but works amazing. Can be a little tricky to size the picture in the app. Overall extremely happy with this printer!

So hard and complicated to use. The app is super slow. Not worth it. I used it once and never went back to hit because it’s too complicated to do anything.

Hewlett-Packard is the best. Love my HP Printer! I have owned my HP printer for 6 years. I did not hesitate purchasing this printer for my son.
