its shredding device is best in the category. Very sturdy and aligns well. Although be careful with credit card shredding. Might disposition the alignment teeth.

Purchased this printer and took it to remote Nigeria for a research project. The lack of access to a functioning internet connection to download the necessary software and drivers meant the printer was worthless in a remote setting.

Working very well, was able to use cartridges from previous printer.

Stopped working not even a year after purchase. Upon reading other reviews, I have a feeling this has to do with Instant Ink as well. Luckily it is still under warranty so HP should be sending me a replacement - however the hour-long call with support magically disconnected while collecting my address info - how convenient. Do not join Instant Ink - it is illogical and not instant. Internet connection is shoddy. Better to connect directly to your computer. Save yourself the trouble and get a better model, or a different brand all-together.

Printer is compact easily transported and definitely would be best suited for small office or dorm room. Seems a little flimsy and Prints kind of slow.

Tried to connect to our to connect to home wireless system and it is not possible to do as such. It may say that the printer is wireless but it is not. Would not recommend to purchase this printer.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my brother and regret that. He can print but can't make copies. He said it goes through ink pretty fast.

Does not print everything. Very frustrating. I can have 8 pages and it will stop printing at 1.5.

The print quality is mediocre at best. Wasted ink doing clean and alignment of print heads. Printed 1-2 good pages then went back to banding

Not a terrible printer for home use bit i had issues connecting via wi-fi. The printer also ran many sheets of paper instead of a single sheet when printing.
