The printer WILL NOT print in colors no matter how many times I tried!! I did aligned the printer, cleaned printhead, check all the settings to make sure I didn’t accidentally click black and white mode and even searched on HP page and watched YouTube videos to see how to fix it. It printed test pages with colors every single time, but when I need to print something else, no colors. I switched to HP laptop to see if it works and NO, this time it won’t print anything not even running to prepare to print (I use Mac). This is completely the worst machine I’ve ever had and I read reviews before I bought it… Also, I contacted for help on Best Buy and got transferred 3 times in almost 40 minutes. NONE OF THE AGENT knew what they are doing, they didn’t even know what happened to the printer and called themselves technical team? and finally the last one kept telling me to wait 2-3 minutes then 1-2 minutes and came back said: there’s nothing wrong with cartridges so bring the printer to the store. Such a joke! Worst customer service ever and worst printer!.
