I've been trying for over a week to get this thing to print, but all I've gotten it to do is print info page after info page, wasting ink and paper with the same information that doesn't even work! I connected it to the wi-fi no problem, but when I tried to connect to my computer, it told me I needed a password. I got the password off the printed info page and was told it was an invalid password. All across the internet, that password is the initial setup password but it won't work. When I tried to register it on the HP website and set it up that way, it asked for the serial number, which I got off the printed info sheet as well. It told me the serial number was invalid. When I tried putting in the temporary code printed at the top of the info page, it said it wasn't a correct code. After trying to connect and asking for help with no response, I decided to connect it directly with a cable to my laptop. Nothing! It shows up as a usable printer, the doc shows up in the print cue, but then comes up with an error. I ran the troubleshooter and it found nothing wrong. I'm so frustrated and angry with this ridiculous printer and I'm just returning the stupid thing! Don't waste your time or money on this!
