Got this because my old one broke and it’s working great.

This printer came into a bundle with the laptop that I bought and it works really well!

Good printer; but since there is no way to copy a book or pamphlet, it has limited use as a copier and scanner.

Setup was initially a breeze. Print quality wasn't great, to be sure, but for home use it was satisfactory. The second time I used the printer, it told me the black ink cartridge needed replaced. Really? After printing only once? I bought a new cartridge and replaced it and printed two documents. The third time I used it, I got an E2 error message that kept telling me the door was open. No, the door was not open. I finally got the error message to clear by plugging and unplugging; now it prints nothing but blank pages. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, until I'm blue in the face and this printer doesn't print anything but blank pages. It's getting the print command and goes through the motions, but continues to spit out blank pages. I'm done. This was a huge waste of money.

Easy to set up easy to Connect and easy for rapid printing

This printer was difficult to get up and running. First it did not like my 5g wireless internet, then my brand new computer couldn't find the driver to download for this printer. I had to call hp tech help and the tech had to access my computer to figure out the problem which was the driver. The printer prints fine but slow and loud. I wouldn't buy it again.

Hewett Packard help line doesn't speak English and Best Buy was no help. Stopped payment!

I wouldn't recommend this product. I didn't realize that it would be so slow. I guess I can't blame anyone but myself. This is the slowest printer I've had on my life.

Does what I need it to do. It was fairly easy to set up

This is basically a toy. I bought his as a replacement for a larger HP and thought that this would fit the bill. The scanner is a joke. The print quality is minimal, and it is flimsy. i thought of returning it but I cannot find the box to pack it up and take it back. Just going pack it away and break it out if a real printer breaks.
