Overall too expensive

The printer itself has no issues but unless you plan to print 10 pages or less a month the maintenance is outrageous, plus you would also need to change cartridges very often, the ink storage capacity for this printer is very limited.

Difficult to install issues with toner debris

I have setup printers for yrs but this took hours registered for the HP ink replinish have never used refillable ink n print very little but the inside doors have debri from print that gets on paper

Don't waste your money on this junk

Very frustrating and wasteful, since there isn't a menu screen on the printer itself and it prints out a full page (or more) to tell you a problem exists. The app is useless for troubleshooting, I had to download a separate repair application to fix the various issues - every time I need to use the printer. The main issue is the printer is unavailable to print to, even though all the lights and indicators and printouts say it is connected and ready. Not an internet/wifi/modem issue, it is the printer.

The printer is small, no paper tray

The printer was very small and not exactly what I wanted, it did not have a paper tray. The pick-up and return were excellent, they were very helpful in the store.

It was easy to set up, and it worked well - for about 3-5 weeks. Then it work intermittently, and finally not at all. I trashed it and bought something else. Never go cheap!

About every 6th page decides to print. Now I'm past my return period by 10 days....so much for trying to troubleshoot on my own!

HP printer

It’s cheap but you get what you pay for. It’s unbelievably slow! No printer should be this slow in 2021. It also won’t stay online, constant hassle to print wirelessly. It will print stuff but using it is so frustrating.
