    Unfortunately I missed the return window. This printer simply does not live up to everyone else's reviews. The printing is pretty poor quality and I'm not printing works of art here. Basic printed images show the printing lines. Overall, very dissatisfied.

    This product is no user friendly. My other HP all I had to do is hit the scan point to sent it to a a file. This one am still trying to get it to go to a pdf file . And eats ink like crazy

    Printer is a perfect size for a small office but its slow and not easy to use. It would lose wifi signals. It felt has I didn't have a printer at all. Not worth purchasing.

    This is cheap junk. The plastic parts are very flimsy and the printer itself did not work with my dad's computer. We tried everything, even deleting the driver several times and reloading it and the printer still did not work properly. It took 4 minutes to print one page... I had a tech expert look at it and he got it to work but when we went back to print something it had reverted to it's previous issues. The tech guy tried again and we had the repeat of the same results. The control panel is not intuitive.
