HP DeskJet 3755
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP DeskJet 3755 was complete trash in regards to connectivity. It wasted at least 10 pages of paper and ink trying to get instructions and a temporary PIN at the initial set up. Always loses connectivity which then required powering off and on several times. At times HP smart wouldn't recognize that the printer was powered on even after powering off/on several times. The only solution was using a USB cable to connect it with my computer. My next printer will NOT be an HP printer.

Posted .Hi Rudy,
I'm so sorry to hear that the printer isn't maintaining a steady connection to your network. I can certainly understand how inconvenient this must be and I assure you that it’s far from the seamless experience that we intend on providing. With that said, let's try a few things to remedy this.
First, I'd recommend taking the recommended steps in this 'Offline Printer' document:
- Windows: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04249080
- Mac: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04249334
As a supplement to that, this link will guide you through solutions for a wide range of other wireless issues: hp.dezide.com/ts/start.jsp?guide=Printer_Does_Not_Maintain_Wireless_Connection.net
If this falls short, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for support. We would be more than happy to work with you on resolving this. You can get in touch via your preferred method at this link: hp.com/contactHP

Posted .Hey Mike,
I'm so sorry to hear that the printer is yielding prints so slowly. This is not at all the experience that we intend to provide to our customers, so I can imagine how disappointing this must be. We want to make sure that your printer is reliable for any urgent printing needs, so I would love to help fix this for you.
Regarding the slow printing, often just updating the firmware can help. The firmware download can be found at: support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/model/11262035

NOT SO GREAT
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well, the printer arrived quickly, but that's the only good thing. I hooked it up per the instructions and it took sometime before the HP site would come up - I kept getting some weird notification. I tried three times to get the unit to print after it was totally installed, NOTHING! I think the picture online is kind of misleading - it doesn't show where the paper loads, just where prints exit the printer, and it appears you lift up the top to load items to be printed - WRONG. I need a printer that #1 works and #2 can copy books or smaller articles - something this printer will NOT do. It's going back tomorrow.

HP - DeskJet 3755 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am fully disappointed about it. When I get it and open the box it was nice everything. But when I finished all kin of setup then it was not working. It still printed it's manual only and instructions papers. It was nor able to connect any kind of device yet. It shows it is connected but after command for print it shows no connection. So it is in my box even though I can't return it because return date was over and I don't have warranty ether. So I don't know what should I say about it, because my money is fully waste in here

A very primitive printer with limited uses.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is definitely NOT an "all in one". About the only thing you can do is print. Yes, it copies, but as you have to feed the document in, you cannot copy things like receipts. As to scanning...no direct capability. Something about having to take a picture and after reading through pages of instructions, installing software to do even that. Maybe for a middle schooler it would be suitable, but they would need a relative with a Masters in Computer Science to figure out how to set it up. No easy way to contact Customer Service.

Small size with excellent production
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.HP - DeskJet 3755 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Inkjet Printer was the perfect buy at the right time. It is a small sized product but works for my small sized needs. Good price, too. Excellent printing and copying; clear, crisp color. It is a little slow producing, but works for me and my small printing needs. It gets my jobs done.

Worthless Printer 3700
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the worst product that I have ever purchased from BB. Those who gave it good reviews never used it. Please discontinue this product because it is worthless. It is difficult to set up and it goes in and out. Never stays on. I have never used any BB product that is so worthless yet expensive. Please contact HP and tell them to discontinue this unless this was previously used and sold as new. I am not happy with BB and for a long time customer I am considering switching to a different company. This is a massive rip off and BB should be thoroughly ashamed for selling it to customers.

Couldn't get it to print from my PC :-(
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Followed the directions provided. Downloaded the app onto my PC and created an account with HP. Couldn't get anything to print even though it showed in my print queue as 'Completed'. Tried to print from my iPhone and printed fine. Not sure what the problem was but I was under the impression this printer would be easy to use. Now I feel like I need to work in I.T. in order to resolve this problem. If you only plan on printing from your phone then I guess this printer will work for you.

Don’t buy
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really liked this printer and how convenient the app was for it, but after a few weeks, realized what a piece of junk it is. I’d say about 80% of the time, it has issues connecting to my wife.

It's Too Basic
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I returned this product and ended up purchasing a larger model with a touch screen. The initial model stopped working after a couple of days and wouldn't connect with any of our devices even with the USB cord. We had no idea what was wrong due to the lack of a screen and the app giving limited options other than contacting HP. Which we did and they were also unable to fix the issue. In summary, I would say that this model is too simplistic and doesn't provide enough instructions on how to operate it.
