I hate this printer it is so slow. I would never buy it again!

Not impressed. Do not want to keep it. Nothing like my last hp printer that i got at best buy. If i cant return it and buy another model ill have to buy one somewhere else

Coould not connect my Desktop to the computer. Called HP and we spent almost 2 hrs trying to get it to work to no avail. HP is sending me a replacement. I hope this one works.

Broke after 1 yr. Not worth the money....printer was unable to print an was a constant hassle to try to print from phone or computer. No go!

What a hunk of junk! Constantly getting errors. Have to remove and reinstall almost every time I want to use the thing. Can't print borderless either. Totally wasted $110 bucks on this garbage. I bought the replacement plan, but they'll just give me a new in box of the same model. No thanks. I'll be waiting till they don't make this model anymore and then I'll use the replacement plan. It'll still be borderless and loaded with errors by then...I'm sure of it.

Good for printing one siding documents. Terrible for literally everything else. Doesn’t print double sided & has terrible quality.I missed the return window by 3 days and now I’m stuck with it.

Printer is fine. But unless you're an IT expert, set up is a joke. Needed a USB printer cable that wasn't provided. Really just crappy instructions and set up. HP has gone to crap

I'm giving this thing one more chance. I've always used HP printers as they were durable and user friendly but this thing is certainly not that. Ive followed the troubleshooting instructions several times and doesn't connect, then maybe an hour or so later it prints documents I've canceled! Cannot comment on print quality or ink economy as I am unable to get that far. Btw, am using USB cable best buy sold me with the printer so its not even a wifi connectivity issue

100% useless. Have never been able to print clear documents. The app is partly web-based, and is so difficult to use, it also makes it impossible to troubleshoot. I have tried resetting the printer, uninstalling and reinstalling software/app, running the alignment/print head cleaning options to no avail. My mistake was in not returning it when I was able to, as I kept thinking eventually I would be able to figure it out. $100 wasted.

It took me forever to set this printer up because it wouldn’t connect to my computer. (I am pretty tech savvy and I found this printer very frustrating) when it finally did work the print quality was not good. It’s too late to return it so now I’m stuck with a printer that won’t work for what I need it for!

This may seem easy to operate....but oh, it's not. If you actually want to use this printer/scanner you must first download an app..yeah, that's right no buttons to simply scan or copy, you MUST use the app. Then when you do finally get it online be prepared to have it spit out 50 pages of how to use the scanner... I even bought a backup cartridge and now it is almost empty due to the 500 pages, which are all DUPLICATES. Not only are you wasting paper but ink as well. Desperation to yields bad choices.

This all-in-one is the worst I have ever owned. scanned documents are cut short at the end; there is no scan to computer option, the way the printer is set up in general is just terrible if you want to do more than actually just print.

I set this printer up and it worked for about two days. It no longer prints. The paper goes through, but there is nothing on it. I have changed the printer cartridges, and it didn't resolve the issue. I would like to return this printer, but I cannot get anyone in customer service or anyone at the store to help.

I purchased this printer a few weeks ago to use dor my home office. I have yet to get it installed or get it to work. It should be easier than this

I cannot figure out this machine. I also very sorry that I bought it and would like to return it for an Epson. I had Bobby from the Geek Squad visit; he set it up, and had to go to their website to learn how to make multiple copies - he said it is not intuitive. We did not practice printing from my computer wirelessly, which is a main reason that I bought it. I cannot get past "open your EWS on your computer. for Apple OS X it does not accept the http.//. This has been so upsetting . Advise please.

I don't know if I'm just inept at using printers, but I couldn't connect the printer to my wifi and couldn't figure out how to print anything that wasn't preprogrammed onto the printer.

It doesn't print as fast as I thought it would. If you print anything in color, take a vacation and maybe it'll be done printing when you get back. Very disappointed

I don't need to print things very often, so I don't a print much. When I first bought this, it worked correctly. The next time I tried printing, it didn't work. Turns out the ink cartridge went bad and HP sent me a new one. It printed ok, but the print quality was not great. The next time I needed to print, it printed images okay, but it stopped printing text (it would only print the top part of some of the lines.) This is the least reliable printer I've ever owned. Would not recommend.

The HP - Deskjet 3755 Wireless All-in-one Printer is cheap and not worth the purchase price. Sometimes works, most times does not.

Not sure what I was expecting at this price… Used it once, it was fine. Went to use it again about a month later and print quality was terrible. Followed instructions to clean print heads, followed the process 7 times with no improvement, and the printer disconnected from Wi-Fi after each cleaning. Only buy this if you plan on printing one thing and then throwing it away. Better yet, get the 4 year replacement plan because you WILL need it.
