Horrible printer, error message with internet flashes, page will not print. It is directly wired to HP desktop, no help has been available, but I will try one more time with Best Buy. I have purchased new ink, through HP directly, and been on chat for days at a time. First time an HP does not work for me.

I wasn't even able to use this thing. First, the printer cartridge holder wouldn't stop in the middle of the printer to load it, just kept moving side to side. It also wouldn't connect to wi-fi. And, it kept flashing a paper jam error even though it's brand new and presumably has never had paper in it. None of the support articles online fixed it. What a waste of money. I'll spend more and buy a printer that works, and it won't be an HP.

after 2 years it stopped working. It wont print, and I did everything to torublwshoot it, got the extended warranty. it seems like right after warranty it broke down...crazy!

Haven't been used yet. Sales person told me no need for adapter. Well they were wrong. Came back to buy one and they didn't have any. Still looking.

This is the second one I have gotten. The first one had to be replaced due to not being able to connect to my laptop wirelessly. The geek squad could not figure out what the issue was so a new one ordered and now the same issue with the second one. Not happy with this printer at all. Does not stay connected wirelessly to a computer for an extended period. Each morning I would arrive at work I would have to go through the whole process of reconnecting to my lap top. Annoying really.

Printer will not print even when connected with usb cable. Scanning works so it should not be a communication issue.

Not particularly happy with this printer. Still can’t scan with it and online help for this issue is long and none of recommendations have helped:

The cord doesn’t stay in therefore printer turns off in the middle of prints. It never prints the whole sheet, it’s like it downs pull the whole sheet in time so what ever was on the button of the document is cut off. And it is super super slow. Like just printing a document take forever. Definitely have to return this.

Sometimes it prints and sometimes I have to turn it off and try again. When it does print, the paper gets pulled in too far so one page prints on 2 pages.

Not what I expected,too much hassle to print something!! I would return it but not foor a $40.00 Re-Stocking fee!! Don't waste your money..

Despite a high speed home network would not stay connected, used ink very fast. It was easy to set up but did not meet our needs, tossed it and purchased an Epson. Until now have always used HP printers

I hate this printer. Won't buy another HP product because of it. Truly hate the HP Smart App. Printer worked fine at first. Quality was never super but print jobs were successfully executed. Now print jobs error every time. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and installed on two other computers. ZERO success. I've installed printers many times. Printer shows ready, print jobs error from every device. This is ridiculous. Smart app is NOT smart at all.

Cute little printer, sadly it mostly shows an error message, even though there is no paper jam and the printer is connected. When trying to read up on a solution, I came across multiple posts of people having the same trouble. The recommended unplugging of the printer and the modem is very time-consuming and does not solve the issue. I didn't pay for the 4-year protection, so I wasted my money. Spend a bit more. This printer is a waste of money.

Couldn’t get it to do the one thing I wanted it to do, scan! It just kept giving me “error” ! So I returned it.

Piece of junk. Printed about a page per minute when it worked. All of a sudden stopped working after 6 pages printed. Uninstalled, reinstalled and still nothing. Finally got it working and it worked for 10 minutes and then stopped printing the whole page just one small part of the page. Sadly my first use of it was one day after the return period. Waste of $90!

It hate this printer. I've had nothing but problems since I got it. It's constantly telling me it's out of paper when it's not and I have to go through all sorts of troubleshooting just to get it to print. Usually I don't have time to sit and fiddle with the printer when I need something printed. I wish I could return it but my invoice says the time to return has expired. It worked for a few weeks and of course stopped right after the return period ended.

This printer is very small. As the paper feeds from the top of the printer, it requires me to pull the printer out from one of my cubby holes on my desk. It's a pain since it now takes up more desk space that I could use. The printer is VERY SLOW to print out. If you have multiple pages, you get an error notice and have to push one of the buttons. I do not recommend this printer, and for the price paid it's not worth it.

Difficult to setup even for someone who is somewhat test savvy. Prints slow. Worked for a bit then stopped working.

Prints ok, but super slow, hard to connect to... it is too late to return. It takes like 1 min per page. Not what is advertised
