Ms.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have not been able to use the printer. An appointment was first made for Jan. 24 for the Geek Squad TotalTech people to come out and help me. They did not come and I was not notified. I called and was rescheduled for Feb. 7. Hope they come. It's been more than a month since I bought the printer and not able to use it. If the TotalTech person helps me Monday, Feb. 7, maybe then I can give you a review.

It could be a good printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I tried to hook the printer up to my computer with a Windows 10 OS. I tried both wireless and hard wired, nothing. I asked a friend, he tried with no success. I got my brother in law, (our community IT tech) to look at it. He thought he got it all set, but alas no results, about 3 1/2 after he left the printer kicked out the he page he was trying to print. I ran another and it printed nearly 3 hours later. I boxed up the printer and returned it to Best Buy. Got a refund but not on the 5 dollar card for ink. I doubt I will be going back.

I'm terribly sorry about these complications you encountered with connecting the printer to your Windows 10 computer. Despite this experience, I assure you that it’s always our intention to provide much more reliable printing. With that said, I regret that we fell short this time. Started having issues only weeks after getting it
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible. It started out okay-ish but quickly turned into a awful experience. Started to needed to be unplugged and replugged in constantly tog et it to print. And now it's just not printing right at all. Fairly frustrating experience in if I am being perfectly honest. Especially after dealing with a different printer that had issues for months. Do not recommend.

Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately I had extreme difficulty in hooking up the printer with the internet. I tried to get help online and the person that I was chatting with asked if he could telephone me. I agreed, but he really wanted to sell me a support plan and said he could only help me if I either paid a one-time fee or signed up for their program. Needless to say, I got help elsewhere. The printer is so slow to print anything and wished I had just returned it.

DOES NOT PRINT WITH BLACK INK
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The most frustrating printer I have ever owned or used. I've maybe printed 10 pages since setting it up and now it will not print with black ink. I checked the supply levels and it says there is ink so I spent an entire morning trying to troubleshoot and it still will not print. HP's user interface is overly complicated and just plain sucks.

I hate this printer.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I worked to set this printer up to my laptop for over 8 hours. I could never get it to print wirelessly from my laptop and had to buy a USB adapter - so it's not wireless anymore. Completely ruining the point of having a wireless printer. It would work from my phone, however. It picks and chooses what it wants to connect to. It's so beyond frustrating to deal with.

Good Printer...WiFi compatibility is horrible...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wifi I worked for a little bit but always had to reconnected to print wirelessly. Got tired of it so went wired...I like direct printing from a mobile device but that's different.

Posted .Hey there,
I'm so sorry to hear that the printer isn't maintaining a steady connection to your network. I can certainly understand how inconvenient this must be and I assure you that it’s far from the seamless experience that we intend on providing. With that said, let's try a few things to remedy this.
First, I'd recommend using this troubleshooter to tend to frequent connection inconsistencies:
- Windows: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04249080
- Mac: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04249334
As a supplement to that, the following link will help guide you through solutions to a wide range of wireless issues: hp.dezide.com/ts/start.jsp?guide=Printer_Does_Not_Maintain_Wireless_Connection.net
If this falls short, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for support. We would be more than happy to work with you on resolving this. You can get in touch via your preferred method at this link: hp.com/contactHP

very cheap for a reason
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I guess you get what you pay for. Had I known this one would be such a piece of crap, I would've spent $15-25 more to get a better one. It took over 7 minutes to print one page.

Posted .Hey Rosy,
I'm so sorry to hear that the printer is performing so slowly. This is not at all the efficient experience that we intend to provide, so I can imagine how disappointing this has been. We want to make sure that your printer is reliable for any urgent printing needs you have, so I would love to help resolve this for you.
First, I recommend taking the steps in this ‘Slow Printing’ support guide:
- Windows: support.hp.com/document/bud03409
- Mac: support.hp.com/document/c01928898
As indicated in the above guide, just updating your printer's firmware will often help. You can find the latest firmware download for your printer at this link: support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/model/11262035
Supplementally, the following document will also help improve slow printing if you happen to use Windows 10: support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05272556
If my suggestions fall short, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for support. We're always here to help, so you can get in touch anytime via your preferred method at this link: hp.com/contactHP

Don't do it. Worst printer.
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really hard to install. You have to separate your wifi into 2.4 and 5ghz. And even then it doesn't work super well. I finally used a cord from my old printer and it worked fine. About a month later, after barely any printing (I only print Amazon return labels and state park passes), printed pages aren't legible and filled with stripes.

Constantly goes "offline" - maddening
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have finally had it with HP printers. They are constantly going "offline" for no reason. To set up this cheap printer, I spent and hour with an HP support person who configured all kinds of IP addresses and other. Now it still goes "offline" which means unplugging the printer, restarting my pc, or just making a wish. Happened with my previous HP.

A WASTE
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not really satisfied with the purchase. Would've returned it, but threw away the box. Print when it want to. Set it up based on instructions, but it just prints whenever. I can be watching tv and a document that I had tried to print before, that wouldn't would print out the blue the next day. Very frustrating. Would not recommend.
