Piece of junk. I probably was only able to print 50 pages and now, it’s not working. Cartridge Error. Cannot be read. I tried to go through all troubleshooting steps. I even bought brand new ink. Only to find out… it cannot be fixed. I’m throwing this away. I bought end of June and unfortunately I can No longer return. What a waste of money.

Just like every other HP printer I’ve owned. Complete crap. Connected easily to my computer, but doesn’t print wirelessly. My computer sends the document and the printer makes noise, acts like it’s going to print and then nothing. I’ll packing it up and taking it back to best buy and purchasing any other companies printer. The only good thing about this printer is the cute color.

It was a piece of junk. I went to store to purchase a specific printer but the store didn’t have it. The store had a very limited selection of printers in stock so I purchased this one. Scanned documents and copies came out with black borders. I mean it’s cheap so... but then when it ran out of ink 30 or so pages in I boxed it up and happily returned it.

Stopped working the first time we had to change the ink - nothing makes it work again. Sadly, it's useless now.

Read the other reviews and still gave it a try. Have had nothing but issues with the printer syncing and the app.

    Compact sized printer

I love this compact sized printer, the size is perfect for my sewing room. I would recommend it for a dorm room as well as anywhere space is limited. The printing is beautiful too. It was very easy to set up and connect to the WIFI. And the price was right, thank you Best Buy!

A little slow at printing out the paper but it is expected for an inexpensive printer.

On the box it came in the number was 3700 all in one series, and that is what i connected to the the computer. I went to Best Buy and they could not find that series, only 3755 all in one series, and I still cannot get it set up. Best buy told me I could call the Geek squad for $100.00 and they could fix it. I don't even know how to make regular copies on the printer. I am not happy with this product

This is the most frustrating electronics purchase I’ve ever made. If you don’t have a split modem, don’t even bother. This printer isn’t WiFi compatible with a fast internet speed. We bought a USB cable to connect it manually to my laptop and it still wouldn’t complete the set up. And now, after less than 20 days from purchase, I can’t even return the piece of junk. Don’t waste your money.

I always have connectivity issues and the print quality is garbage! I've never had so many issues with a printer in my life. All the shipping labels I've printed out in the past year don't even scan when I bring them to the post office because of how horrible the quality is. I purchased the correct ink and have adjusted my settings but nothing works. Either I got a dud or this is just a bad printer

Ugh! I have several HP printers and they've all been great but this one is a dog. The paper tray and scanner load place is really funky. My daughter and I tried for several hours to get it to link to my wifi and computer with no success. I've never had one that you didn't just plug in and it linked itself -not this one! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, ever.

It will print for a couple days and then I have to reconnect it again. Not happy at all with it. I like that it is a smaller size but because of it’s size be prepared to catch the paper as it prints; the extender is not long enough for 8.5 x 11” paper. Expect to return it.

Has not printed properly since day 1. HP was of no help. It won't grab papers in to scan, and the printing is skewed at the edges. I guess you get what you pay for. Even though this printer was cheap, Consumer Reports gave it high ratings as well as quite a few of its owners. You sure couldn't prove it by my experience.

Im so glad i didnt pay full price for this because it NEVER stays connected, is constantly “offline” and I’ve tried all the troubleshooting hacks and tricks and it NEVER EVER stays connected or even connects to begin with. Constently tells me the driver is unavailable but wont let me reinstall it. The app will tell me its ready to go but it’s really not.

Wifi Direct is have problem connecting, and doesn't have any easy way to connect to router if you don't have specific type of routers for it. everytime when i turn it on, or restart it, it automatically prints out instruction sheet, wasting Paper and Ink. Highly recommend everyone to spend a little more money buying a more quality printer.
