gah i dont come with wires. setting up wifi is complete mess, it keep printing instruction over and over. and it still wont work, EVEN after following all the instruction. i think the wifi is like defective/cheap. it spit out paper so fast that it fly off to the ground. the scanner is really really bad!

Extremely difficult to setup on wifi. It was so difficult I ended up just buying a cable.

A very small printer....for a cell phone or tablet.....ended up taking it back.. Purchased a larger printer.

Extremely frustrating that’s three people very familiar with computers and technology including the geek squad could not get my computer to wirelessly recognize the printer. I ended up using cable. The most frustrating is that it is impossible to receive help from HP. There was no live person to talk to.

I give it a -1. I bought this printer to have one available and I can't even download the software to get it to print. I contacted HP Support and was told I needed to buy a printer cable before they can even help me. I thought the printer was wireless yet I have to purchase a printer cable. Go figure! I would have never wasted the money on this piece of garbage!!!!!!!

Not the best product I used. Slow, choppy connection, and unreliable. It no longer works.

Six months after buying the printer it stopped working. After calling HP and sitting on the phone with them for an hour troubleshooting it they said to send it back and they would send a new one. I got the new one and it didn’t even last three months before it stopped working.

Very hard to get it to connect to laptop. It is very nosy not for heavy printing

First of all this printer was not the one i ordered and had nothing but problems with this from setting this printer up to not being able to receive my ink that i was supposed to get it will not let me access the free ink that is supposed to come from buying this printer.i used printer 2 times and was out of ink.

Well this thing died in a little over a month. It’s now smoking and putting out a very strong smell, definitely not just crumbs. The lower heating element actually caught on fire for a moment so I’ve unplugged it and will not be plugging it back in. And of course it’s no longer returnable. Maybe I got unlucky but I would definitely recommend not buying one of these.

I wanted a full size printer and this was not It I didn’t like how it was made so I returned the item.

My husband and I worked for over an hour to try to set up this printer, but finally gave up. I will try one more time, but if I still can't get it to connect, I'm going to have to return it. Why do they make things so complicated?

It stopped working after 2 months of use. Based on the past reviews I thought it would last longer.

This printer was not a good choice like the saying goes YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

Works great with my PC and Chrome Book........ as long as you don't need to use the Wi-Fi or HP support.

I can safely say I will never buy an HP printer ever again. The only thing consistent with HP printers is that they will stop working after a month of usage. HP also has made printer maintenance and set up unnecessarily complicated by using poor performing desktop apps. Please learn from my mistake and avoid this printer (and all HP printers).

Wanted to throw it out the window when it failed to print after numerous attempts. It loses Bluetooth capability. Really a toy for kids.

It scans and prints like I need it to but this is definitely the slowest printer I have ever owned.

This printer worked fine during the first week but then it lost connection to wifi, I tried to reconnect it, but it didn't work. I turned it off, unplugged it, and I even rebooted my wifi. Nothing worked so after spending hours of trying to get it to reconnect, I decided to return it.
