    Worst Purchase Ever HP Printer!

I will never buy another HP product. The instructions are terrible, no direct support from HP and youll use all your first black cartiage and a ¼ inch of paper getting status reports pushing button not doing anthing. The printer is supper slow. Buy it fom amazon, better return policy than BestBuy=WorstBuy!

Worst printer I have EVER had. The "wireless" set-up HP Smart app is awful. There is absolutely no way to print with this printer unless you go online. Even if you can configure this thing to go online, I still can't get it to print any jobs from it's print queue. I GIVE UP AFTER A YEAR OF NO PRINTS! Total waste of my time and money!

I bought it and I don't think it lasted more than an hour inside my house. I tried setting it up and my wifi wouldn't connect to the printer, it would boot my computer off the wifi. I called HP support and they told me it doesn't work with Xfinity 5G which doesn't make any sense but I immediately returned it.

    Used For A Year

I bought my 3700 series printer about a year ago. It prints well with very good quality. There was a little difficulty setting up the printer so it would work with phones and laptop computers, but once we got it working it works well. It has a small footprint. We use the "instant ink." This works well if you do not wish to pay a fresh arm and leg for ink at one time. In effect, you "make payments" on your ink which may suit your budget. They also offer a program that allows you to get a new printer at regular intervals - similar to the system that is used to upgrade cellphones, Neither option is cheaper, but may be more convenient. HOWEVER, if you are planning on doing any scanning - this is not your printer. I have scanned over 100 pages of material and only three pages scanned properly. If there are any irregularities in the page you are scanning or you do not have the top of the page aligned perfectly in the feed slot - the output is distorted. This qualifies as an all-in-one printer only if you plan on printing a great deal and scanning once in a blue moon. If you are only wanting to print - this a very good value for the money.

What a waste of money. Don't buy this product it is VERY limited for current w fi standards. It is not easy to install on an MS OS and is nothing but a large paper weight. I spent hours into days trying to get it to work, and never did, taking it to a resale shop tomorrow.

Bought this for it's small foot print. It worked for me once. It took several hours to get it to print from my laptop. Next time I tried I got an error, with no indication of what the error might be. I haven't spent anymore time with it. I wouldn't recommend, and certainly wouldn't buy again, Should have stuck with the old Canon.

    Great small desktop printer!

Looking for a small desktop printer, look no further! I have a larger one and wanted to eliminate the larger one for more space. Setup was mostly easy though HP could have definitely included better instructions to make it a bit easier to setup. The software disc was pretty much a waste but is included in the event the computer does not have access to the internet. Print Quality/Speed: Overall the quality is pretty good with colours and blacks looking good in photos and documents. There may be other printers that can put out better quality but this is perfect for everyday photos and prints. It's fast and is more than fast enough for what I do. Features: For being small, this thing is packed with features. I don't scan a lot but having a document scanner is super handy. Printing from my phone is easy and Windows 10 quickly recognizes and prints to it. HP Instant Ink is awesome, I had it with my other printer and have never had any issues with it. Having peace of mind that I can print when I need to is great. Overall, it's a great printer and for everyday use, it's not something you can go wrong with for the value.

This printer is terrible - spend the extra $20 or whatever to get one with a display. It's super glitchy and if there's too much or too little paper in the feeder, it won't be able to grip it. It also takes 5,000 years just to print one simple B&W document. I can't believe it costs as much as it does.

This printer was difficult to get WiFi to work. It does not come with a usb cord and you will need it to get it connected at first. Finally got it connected to WiFi and used it for about 3 days then lost it and could not get it to reconnect. Gave up and sent it back in for refund. I would not recommend this printer.

If you want slanted printed pages, then this is the printer for you. I would not recommend this printer to anyone. I moved the printer to different locations (set on a flat surface) and still printed slanted output.

Very frustrating printer setup. Could not fully setup to computer via USB - could print test pages from the HP smart app but nothing from the computer - installed and re-installed printer twice and wasted 2-3 hours trying to get it to work, Finally admitted defeat and returned it.
