Pretty low quality and it prints really slow. I actually returned it.

It's complicated to use. I've had it for a little over a month and it still doesn't want to connect to the house wifi. It requires the customer to print or the instructions which means we have to use the ink. I have pages and pages of the instructions to connect the printer to the wifi but it's not working.

This thing is a piece of GARBAGE! First one, black ink cartridge kept popping out. And that was WITH the ones that came with the printer. Returned it and ordered the same one. Guess what? BOTH ink cartridges pop out and won’t stay in AT ALL. Don’t even waste your time and money on this.

Very flimsy and small would be good for a kids room.Difficult to connect to wifi

1 star only because I had to give a star otherwise it’s be a 0. Purchased based on the recommendation of a Best Buy worker. Used the printer 1 time….1 time for 3 pages and ever since it hasn’t printed. Went through all the troubleshooting possibilities and still hasn’t worked. Waste of money

I wish I could give this zero stars. Worst product ever, it refuses to print or copy anything. Followed the step-by-step instructions and nothing. Best buy refuses to take the junk back. They said l have to call HP. I had to buy another printer

Terrible. No star!!!! I bought a wireless 3755 printer and I am still unable to connect with my computer!!! No help from anyone. do not use "just answer" site they bill you without letting you know very dishonest!!!

It was loud, could not print 2-sided automatically, didn't like not having a flatbed scanner, the quality of photos wasn't very good, and it printed very slowly. For my needs, I returned it, got the hp envy 6055, and am satisfied with it.

Yeah get this if you want to wait five minutes for a 2 page paper to print. That doesn't sound that bad but just wait till you have about 15-20 pg paper. It gets over worked easily. And is very cheaply made. I wouldn't have bought this except they were having a deal and it ended up only being $20. And I thought wow can't beat that. Yeah don't buy it its not worth it

Horrible printer. Sometimes it prints, sometimes it doesn’t. Ink is full but you can hardly read the documents if they will even print out. The App is useless. A waste of my money. Took forever to connect to my internet.

I did fresh install of drivers etc. The HP trouble shooting app says everything is working but it will not print my sheets and stays stuck in the queue. This is the second one with the same problem with my work HP laptop. Very frustrating.

One of the worst purchase, which has caused me to stay away from all HP products. The printer constantly has issue connecting, and never print when I need it to. I have gotten less than 30 pages from each cartridge.

Wireless doesn’t work well and the free ink pass doesn’t work

You sell it on the floor for $90.00 and and comes with no software to install it buy yourself and want $80 dollars to install it. You should have said $170.00 printer with free installation. I fought for 2 weeks using Protect Support people and HP Tech. Support and couldn't get it to work.

It is impossible to get this thing to work. All I get is error messages, but there is no way to find out what the error message means because you have to print the users guide to look up the error code but you cannot print the users guide because the printer will not work.

I haven't had this printer that long and all ready having issues with it.

The ink is more expensive than the printer. Was broke after couple use

Though it is small and compatible Iam Not happy with the product As I have to call Hp Helpdesk for connecting WiFi every time if it’s disconnected. This is the proper copier and scanner for big documents or books etc There is no display screen to see any details
