It's a piece of crap. Won't print from my computer. Gets jammed. Items just stay stuck in the queue. And, of course the return date has passed. I expect so much more from HP.

Having gone through 7 different portable travel printers in the last 20 years. This one is by far the worst one. Do not be tempted by the cheap price and HP logo. I took it back, as it was impossible to pair the Bluetooth, and would not work with the usb connection. I have replaced it with 250 series HP

Absolutely the worst HP printer. Can't access the software online to work properly. The print queue is full and never prints out. Downloaded the software at least 10 times. Piece of garbage.

The package came missing a usb cable. The package had the power cable but was missing a USB 2.0. I did some research and it said that it should come with the USB cable as well. I would need to return this printer. The connection gets lost quickly.

Wireless connection is a hassle and needed to be constantly reconnected despite only shutting the printer down in between uses. Just spend the extra money to get a better printer.

This printer is gawd awful. It never stays connected to WiFi, printer heads always need to be cleaned. It’s never aligned right. The scanner sucks. Doesn’t feed whatever you’re trying to scan in properly. Don’t waste your money.

Garbage. Complete garbage. Didn’t even last a year before it stopped working. Beware. Pay a few more dollars and buy a printer that works. I wouldn’t recommend this printer to my worst enemy.

Took 5 minutes to set up and running... few clicks and sign on to hp and it was ready to go.. wireless works good .. it prints fast. Printer is light weight.. for the money it was worth it.. may not be fancy like a lot or as fast or quite but for me it is perfect

Not satisfied with this printer at all. The print quality has always been substandard and the ink has been smudged and always runs out super fast. Will not recommend.

I got this printer and it was a disaster. This printer worked for one print and stopped shortly after, like 1 day after. The Bluetooth does not work and for the price you barely get much. I should have invested in a more expensive printer.

Every time I print something the ink looks faded. Even with a new cartridge. You have to pay $1+ a month just to print and it give you only a certain number of pages you can print.

Hp took a simple plug and play task of installing a printer and turned it into a nightmare. The dependence on hpsmart should be renamed to HPStupid.

thought I would try a cheep printer. bad idea, you get what you pay for. started printing with lines and every thing I did, could not fix very slow and can only copy one page , ie, one sheet at a time. turned it in to recycle and got a HP office jet 5255 and it works great.
