It worked for 9 days stop printing. I called geek squad, they had me on the phone for 4 hours n Sunday March 14. Took it back on the 15 th. Order a different printer.

Does not come with a usb cord to plug into the computer. The ad/description does not tell you that however the box does, so if you’re purchasing online, beware.

This is the biggest waste of money of 2022. Printer will not hold a connection. Every time we print we have to either disconnect power, turn printer on and off or both.

This is the worst printer I have ever had that never stays connected to the wifi and remains completely undiscoverable by any device. It’s meant to be simple but honestly it’s more complicated .

This printer didnt even last 7 months it stopped being wireless it had issues even with direct ethernet or usb attachments

I have always liked HP printers, but I could not get this printer to connect to my PC using my home wi-fi. Contacted HP support and they could not help. Had to return it to Best Buy and purchased a different brand.

This printer was not easy to install as stated! I never got it installed on my computer so I returned it while I still could. I never could get it to connect to my wireless.

I'm an ad vide HP buyer. This printer is horrible. It will print a few pages then it stops printing. It has to be cleared constantly. I'm very dissatisfied with this purchase.

This printer stopped working in less than two months. It jammed the paper and the printing quality is poor. Wish we could get a refund or replacement.

I only used a handful of times. This printer prints really slow and not very clear at all. It prints like it hardly has any ink but both cartridges are brand new. I do not recommend.

I bought and never worked , the sad part is I also bought the 4 year replacement plan and till this day they keep giving me the round around about replacing the product.

I could not get the printer to connect wireless but I did connect it with a cable and it still will not print properly. Waste of a 100 bucks

This is the worst printer! Every time you turn off or make a copy and then want to print, you have to run scan doctor even tho all settings are correct and have not changed the settings!

Absolutely horrible. I have to take away power after every print job. DO NOT BUY!! I did not believe the horrible reviews. Believe them!!

Got this September 2021 and June 2022 it has stopped printing properly. I did all of the troubleshooting it can do, multiple times, to no avail. So disappointed.

We tried in vain to get this printer to hook up with a brand new Lenovo laptop, but after several hours and zero help from tech support, we returned it.

Probably the worst, you need a app On your phone and it takes forever because iOS to far from the WiFi modem in your house it won’t work

Does not support 5ghz wireless. If you are using Google Wifi / Mesh network, which appears as 5 ghz but will also connect 2.4ghz devices, the printer can't figure it out and won't let you connect.

Total junk. What a joke. Doesn't communicate to the PC, fails at every print job. Error after error. No way to address the issue. What a waste of money.

The worst printer I have ever owned. Please do not purchase!!!!! Difficulty connecting to internet. I purchased a Brother printer and not one problem.
