This is by far the worst! I still can’t get it connected to my computer I can only control it thru wireless from my iPad. I have only printed a few items and ink is already gone or dry.

Very disappointed in this printer. The scans are blurry and often feed crookedly. Did not use scanner before it was past the time limit for return.

Between wasting ink by printing instructions every time you turn it on to the wifi connection simply choosing when to work and requiring some effort I have nothing good to say about this product.

Impossible to set up if you have had a previous HP. Worst purchase I've made in a long time. Complete piece of garbage

Poor build and Overall performance This unit as a very weak mechanical operating system (Carriage return issues with slow speed)

This printer is not user friendly, the wifi does not work very well with my laptop at all. Can't get it to work with at all. Very unhappy with the product.

Cheaply built and I had Geek Squad hook it up for me remotely and it still took them a while to do it but didn't work the very next day I returned it

If I could give a negative review I would - a piece of junk. Poorly designed and with just over a month of use - will not print. Print levels are fine and the printer info page prints just fine.

This was not a good purchase for me this printer was hard to set up and it takes alot of memory to download into the computer. The wifi was also not a successful set. I jad to return

Only worked for a short time... waste of money, thought it was great for my husband to use in his truck but it’s stopped working already. It’s printing only half the pages so that’s a waste.

The printer is no good I’m very unhappy it’s getting returned its very slow plus the paper keeps getting stuck as well as I’m having an issue with the cord!!! Not happy at all!!!

I've owned several HP printers this particular one has been terrible, connectivity was a problem from the beginning. Print quality inferior compared to other HP printers I've had.

The printer is incredibly hard to get connected to the computer. Even when using the proper cable. They set up instructions don’t align with the process of getting it connected to the computer

I have to call HP, printer is not working in regards to installing the software and connecting to my computer.

I absolutely hate this printer. The ink is super pricey and it’s not Bluetooth accessible. You must connect to its “wifi” that never truly connects.

This has to be the worst printer I have ever owned. It doesn't connect to the wifi and you have to use a passcode to print, if you're lucky enough to remember it. I regret buying it

I bought this printer for a relative, I have no idea how it works. I have unsubscribed from Best Buy at least 5 times! Stop sending me emails.

Worst printer ever. Spits paper out without printing. Constant black lines at top of copied papers.

This printed is just bad. It doesn't come with instructions. It is doesn't do all the box said it does. Just bad. Not even a year old and I have to look for another one. Not happy.
