Customer Ratings & Reviews

This printer was easy to set up and prints in fairly good quality. It was simple to connect to my home network and to install ink cartridges. I did notice that the color cartridge was only 3/4 full, compared to the black what was completely full. One thing to note is that if you have to print on both sides of a page, you will need to manually flip the page and set it back in the printer to print the other side. I like that it the capability to connect directly to my CPU if needed. Overall good printer for normal printing jobs.

Great printer and print documents. Works really well. Easy to use and easy to set up. Quite printers look this printer and HP brand is great.

The HP DeskJet 4255e is a solid all-in-one printer that delivers good performance for everyday home or small office use. The wireless setup was quick and easy, and I love being able to print from my phone or laptop without any hassle. The print quality is sharp for documents, and decent for photos, though they won’t be gallery-quality. One of the best features is its compact design—it fits nicely in my workspace without taking up too much room. The scanner and copier functions work well, though the scanning speed could be a bit faster. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the ink cartridges can be a bit pricey over time, and I wish the paper tray held more sheets. That said, if you need a reliable, budget-friendly printer for basic tasks, this is a great choice! Pros: ✔ Easy wireless setup ✔ Compact and sleek design ✔ Good print quality for documents ✔ Works well with mobile printing Cons: ✖ Ink costs can add up ✖ Small paper capacity ✖ Photo printing is just okay Overall, a great value for the price!

I have really enjoyed using this printer. But it does come with ink and has the option of continuing using their ink by paying each month or buying store bought ink. It’s easy to pay a small fee and the printer lets the company know it’s low and sends the ink to your home. I do recommend this printer.

Recent purchase and I'm surprised that the quality nice product compact design simple to use, and replacing cartridges as super easy. In cartridge replacement is cheaper than my previous Epson

This is a good printer and just know it uses a lot of ink. One thing I hate is that it take 2g just to printer wirless and you have to be on the same internet too. Unless you pay extra for the HP app and I’m not doing that……!

Solid Printer for the price. Good value! Got it for my dad initially so he could print a few things here or there and allow him to scan pictures articles etc. Pretty simple to use, and good color... Though thought I got bamboozled initially because I read too quick and thought 3 months of ink was in the box vs this subscription thing they try to put you on. Will just get ink when it's time since printing won't be but so regular. Simple and easy to use for the light printing users.

I had a little problem setting it up but I finally got to start working. The price was very reasonable . The cartridges are very easy to replace. So far the printer is working very well. I only use it for my personal use. If you are looking for a printer for your personal use , I recommend this one.

This is a great little printer for not a lot of money. Compact size is just right. Super easy to set-up. Prints very well in color or black and white.

Very basic printer, does what it is supposed to do. My only complaint is that it is usually offline when I need it. Not sure if its the printer or the wifi. Usually have to turn it off and on 2 or more times to start my printing.

Great printer for everyday home use. Setting it up through the mobile app was very fast, and the auto document feeder saves a lot of time when scanning or copying.

I really love my all-in-one printer. It's easy to use and it's quite when it is printing.

Prints smooth. The extra ink is nice and it performs well even after long print sessions of all sorts of materials I use for my crafts.

Printer works amazingly well and i love the mobile app if there are any issues

reliable printer, cheap ink and connects to wifi easily.

Very basic and standard printer but it's all I need and want. Wireless and prints straight from my phone or tablet.

for the $dollars and easy set up, worth every penny

I am really excited about my new printer. It works really well. My printer is like a brand new toy. The printer was delivered to me the next day.

The store crew was great at helping me find the printer that best met my needs, and their recommendations proved true. I have been very satisfied with my printer, and the check out clerk helped me apply for a Best Buy card with a $2,000.00 limit

Can't beat the value for the price! Relatively fast printing, can scan to pdf with the app and had the print from anywhere feature.
