  • Good quality, poor design

    This is a good printer for the money. I was surprised by the quality when printing photos. However, printouts are ejected right on top of the paper feed. This results in printed pages being pulled back into the printer. I have had pages printed on twice (both sides) and paper jams when ejected page feeds in at an angle. You have to stand by and watch this item print or you will have problems. After three months of using this printer it jammed up and quit working.

    Yes, now after talking to the best buy rep and looking on this site, it does say if you read product specs that it comes with a tri color cartridge but who reads that much detail. And anyway you expect something to come ready to go..it would be like selling a car with only 2 tires. I think this is outrageous!
