    Very pleased with this purchase. Clerk in the store was very knowledgeable helping me pick the best computer for my needs. So glad I had the Geek Squad set it up and give me instructions for Windows 8. Jeffrey M. was great.

    I had purchase new computer. My other one quit on me. I order it in store. They had it shipped to my house. Got in earlier then expected. Service was great and friendly. Computer doing great.

    I just had a glitch that I hope is not a preview of bad things to come. I have had this computer exactly one month. Tonight it wouldn't connect. The monitor said no connection with cpu I had to unplug the computer from the back and plug it back in, Now it works. Why did this happen???? I just had a very bad experience with a HP that I bought and had less than a month and it had a bad mother board. Is this one going to die too??? I wish I had repaired my Dell.

    The hardware may be good deal for the money. However, the Windows 8 operating system in a complete nightmare! I have had every Windows OS from 95, 98, millennium, vista, and 7. I plan to return this tomorrow and buy a PC with Windows 7.

    Terrible purchase... I don't even know why it's sold at their stores. PLUS, the LAN card is only 10/100, not 10/100/1000. There are no expansion slots to upgrade. DO NOT PURCHASE!! Spend the money and buy a better product.
