I was debating between this model and the AMD Ryzen 5 model and initially ending up ordering the Ryzen 5 one. While waiting for curbside pickup, I noticed an open box item of this model at my store and decided to (hesitantly) go with it instead. I needed something to use for work (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations) and Zoom meetings. I'm not a PC gamer, but my kids occasionally play the Java edition of Minecraft. I was hoping the specs on this would be enough. Startup and installation was easy. It is much more efficient with Windows 11 and reminded me a lot of the install process for phones. If you've ever owned an HP computer in the past, you'll be pleased to know that bloatware is virtually non-existent and just about everything you might want to uninstall can be removed. That's the first thing I did after installation was complete. After that I started opening apps and found it to be snappy and responsive. Chrome, Zoom, and Office apps installed within seconds and showed no signs of lag when opening them. This was very refreshing. Overall, I have zero complaints. I'm happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it for someone needed something without all the bells and whistles.

I am so very pleased with my new desktop. I had it out of the box and working within 10 minutes, no surprises, no problems. The only thing, and its my bad for not being specific, is there is no CD drive included. Other than that it is fantastic.

So far so good with this desktop. Sadly no CD bay any longer, which is useful for some programs that come via CD. There were not many desktop options in this price range, but this one seems ok. Windows 11 leaves a lot to be desired, wish they would stop thinking they are improving software and fix the software everyone has.

Not to bad of a pc for beginners I got ryzen3 I got 120 max on fornite and 60 on mc

I went in and needed a computer that day so was seeing what was available brand new when talking to the sales person he mentioned the one below this one was on of few they had in store. he went came back said he had this one in stock. i purchased it. it works fine but I get the feeling this was sold and returned. packaged ok but not what I would expect normally from new in box. It was on the start up but strangely I have tried a few times to send warranty info it says error. And the anti virus built in thats supposed to be 30 days free says subcription was up two weeks after I bought it and had issues. the computer works so I am keeping it but not happy with the thought they are repacking cpus and selling without a heads up it was opened and such before. I am mentioning here so can be aware I cant fully say one way or the other but a few things about it was odd.

A had been using a refurbished HP desktop that I bought three years ago that was manufactured in 2013. It was a great system but was not able to update to Windows 11. I bought this HP system to replace it. Setup was super easy and having my personal stuff already cloud based it placed these items right onto this system. The only thing I added was memory. Definetly recommend this system.
