Bought a refurbished model of another computer and it didn't work. I let Best Buy know that I needed the computer the next day, so I ordered it! It was on my doorstep by the end of the next day and saved a college assignment that was due that evening and wasn't compatible with my Mac. It's fast and easy to use! A great deal for a great computer!

this computer is great for anyone who is looking to have a simple set up for everyday use. I bought this computer to play my game (the sims 4), and surprisingly it holds up pretty well for the most part. However, if you are looking to record or stream, you may have complications.

The perfect size for our needs. Tried an all-in-one unit. Found a separate tower and screen is much better. Having a hard wired mouse and keyboard is better for us than wireless.

I selected this tower bundle for a family friend when his 8 year old Dell PC motherboard died from thunderstorm damage. This system frequently goes on sale with a $100 discount! The Intel Core i3 CPU, 256GB NVMe SSD, and 8GB DDR4 RAM make for a speedy system for AVERAGE Internet, Email, and Office tasks. It is NOT a gaming system and upgrades will be limited by the power supply as is typical for budget systems. If you need a real DVD/CD drive it is FAR easier to purchase an external USB version than to add internally since the faceplate includes just a fake DVD cover. Keyboard and mouse are included, so you only need a display with speakers. HP exceeded some expectations by including extra SATA and power cables attached to the motherboard for future storage upgrades. The included Windows 11 Home helps since Windows 10 security updates will cease in October 2025. I find this a good starter system compared to others similarly priced.

I got this computer for my 90-year-old mom. She uses it for email, online banking, web browsing, and viewing family photos and videos. Her old system ran Windows 11, but crashed a lot. I needed a reliable new system (which HP computers are), that could be set up just like her prior system, has a keyboard and mouse that are easy to use, is responsive when using it as described above, and didn't put a big dent in my wallet. This fit the bill. I am my mom's personal computer geek. The setup was easy. I had her up and running with all her data, browser bookmarks, and desktop set up exactly as it was on her prior system. It's been running flawlessly and most important, my mom is very pleased with it.

Purchased this to replace an old all-in-one desktop for an elderly relative to use for email, social media, viewing family pictures and videos, playing puzzles and card games. Works great for these applications. The only gripe I have for this desktop and the other HP desktop I own is the design of the power button. The extremely low profile is not user friendly and definitely not friendly for seniors. Just plain dumb. Can't believe this flaw has not been corrected.

i recently needed to my old hp tower. it was old and was running windows 10. it was for my personal use . light web browsing and would print out my wife's work schedule and work related invoices. i don't game so i didn't need anything super fancy . i found hp intel core i3 on the best buy web site. it was exactly what i needed for my use and it was a great price. i had it delivered to my home and it was so to set up. the start up and speed are a welcome relief from my old unit. plus i am on windows 11 now as well. in closing i will if you need something simple to replace an old unit then i recommend this hp product.

This unit is very compact with minimum storage 256 GB. UPGRADED TO 1tb by Geek Squad. Due to inadequate design the power button is broken after < 2 months usage. Only way to power the unit on is by using a toothpick, ball point pen or some other object. The unit is still under warranty and Hp will repair after sending me pre- paid packaging to ship back to them. Will be inconvenienced for two weeks as they repair/replace the power button. I swear by the Geek Squad Protection plan as per the upgrades labor was ZERO, the data transfer was ZERO! The Geek Squad Techs are Number One, as they are Competent, Knowledgeable, and Very Personable! So far, I have saved Big Bucks as the Protection Plan has 2-3 times over the amount that I initially paid for the contract! I will definitely continue to update/renew the Contract yearly!!!!
