I have found the HP - Desktop - Intel Pentium Gold G6400 - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD - Jet Black to be an excellent Desktop. While the world has mostly moved on to laptops and cloud storage, I still find there is nothing more secure than your own local backups instead of CloudBase; in case of catastrophic failure. This desktop can do much more than that - but the local backup was my primary motivation. Why pay for a monthly subscription to X amount of cloud storage when I can have those backups on the same home network. I am sure I will need it for many other things but local backups on a different set of hardware are Gold for saving lost items.
