    I was informed by a representative I would receive this product every 3 months at a discounted amount($10 cheaper than the store price if I enroll in this program). For starters I enrolled into the program and Best Buy sent me a new filter EVERY 30 days instead of every three months. I returned the first 2 filters and I tried to cancel the subscription in the store and I was told they couldn't cancel it I needed to call customer service. Fast forward the clock I haven't been able to cancel this suscription and for some unknown reason I'm now receiving 2 water filters every month. UGHHH

    Can't complain that it delivered on time and easy but I went through hell to cancel this. I called and easily spoke with 7 people. I am not the type to exaggerate. I was told on the phone that last case scenario would be to go into the store. I did and finally I found someone not to pass me on to the next and helped pull receipts and she spoke with corporate. I am told this service "might" be cancelled so now I have to speak with my bank to make sure I don't get charged again.

    Terrible service! The replacement filter never arrived. I contacted Chat Support and was told it would be delivered the next day. It wasn't. Contacted Chat Support again and they couldn't even find the order! I can find it online. I don't know why they couldn't. I canceled the service online. Let's hope that went through.

    I wanted to be a fan of easy replenish but it's hard to justify a replacement when you don't need it. Safe yourself some money and just order it when you can. This service is pricey in the long run. good idea. expensive purchase.

    I would give it zero stars. I have been enrolled for over a year and have yet to receive a filter without issue. It is supposed to make things easier, but it is not. Filters always work great, but the replenish program is inconvenient.

    Why is this show I f up 2 years later. It is the wrong filter first of all and second I cancelled all reorder of all filters.

    Subscription saves you money but poor value when there is no product. My refrigerator is calling.
