I was wary of purchasing a refurbished product -- but this has been an excellent experience. I'm very, very pleased with this laptop! I was looking for something very light, and trying to integrate with Windows-ish programs on tablets and chromebooks (like Google sheets) just wasn't working well. This has been a great, frustration-free solution, which is more than I can say about trying to meet all my needs via a tablet. Everything worked perfectly right out of the box, I didn't even have to install Windows. Functionality, price, weight... check, check, check. JoySystems refurbished this, and they did an outstanding job. Super happy with this purchase and expect to use it a lot while traveling.

This product was refurbished by Joy Systems and it was amazing. The price was crazy for what I got, and they way they work with Best Buy is seamless. Love it and will buy all my computers going forward this way.

Refurbished HP - Elite Dragonfly laptop didn't start. Had to return it.
