The laptop was clunky and heavy, and felt outdated. I tried several times to upgrade windows and it wouldn't work. I ended up exchanging for an Acer with better processing speed and more memory

This is my second refurbished HP laptop from Best Buy. They're both from Best Buy not another site. Nice little laptop, in good condition. Only thing I don't like is the cord is a bit short.

I was reasonably pleased with the specs and performance of the laptop for the price, but after a couple weeks of use, the power adapter has totally stopped working. Battery life was disappointing as it was. Hoping someone can make this right, so that it wasn't a total waste.

This notebook is very good and easy to operate because it comes with windows 7 and also a built-in WiFi.

Performance is excellent. But the display is among the worst I've seen. I tried adjusting contrast and brightness but the screen glare strains my eyes after a few minutes. Tried playing a video and the black color was unclear and washed out. Buttons on pointing device were poor quality(loose). The CD door was stuck previously. So, the door opening was bent. and the door itself had a large mark. This notebook should not be made available for sale. Going to waste an hour to return at local Best Buy.
