This is an older HP model that was refurbished and sold through Best Buy. The build of the laptop is very nice, lots of metal instead of plastic, so it should be quite durable. Bought as a gift, but it had an issue which I thought was the video graphics, but it ended up being a BIOS update needed as well as many Windows updates. I was able to fix it myself in time so that the recipient could use it without the squiggly lines on the screen. She is now happy with the laptop although it is heavier than newer machines.

Took about 2 weeks to get this computer ( not a problem). It had a few scratches on it to be expected since it was refurbished. It worked ok for the first 3 or 4 times that I turned it on. After that it started taking up to 5 minutes to turn on. With in a week it would not turn on at all. Took back to Best Buy to the Geek Squad. They wanted to charge me a $100 to try and fix it because it had a software problem. Even though I had only had it a week. No thank you it is junk.

Great value for the money. I would definitely recommend it.

i cant even trying bcz the first step is already mess up. the product key for the windows doesnt work. come on. how this can happens?

I was skeptical to buy refurbished, but couldn't pass this model up for the price. I use this intermittently during the week for work when I'm traveling between offices, and I've been very impressed. The speed is great, reliable, and easy to use.

The software runs very smooth. I’m using it for school and a few other things. Although it’s referbished is seems brand new. I love it
