    Laptop would not hold a charge, or turn on, when plugged in. Returned to Best Buy and had it looked at by Geek Squad. Was advised to return, as inside components were defective, power cord was fried and battery was an aftermarket brand and would not hold a charge. Buying this was a complete waste of my time and money. I would of thought that Best Buy would test their merchandise before selling it to their consumers.

    Is very good, starts in 5 sec. The processor is excellent. Everything works very well I only lack light on the board, but it is fine for the price that was great
