I purchased this laptop refurbished. I did not like it, too slow and would not hook up to my printer.I returned it.Also very bulky.

The internal specs were good for the price, however this laptop is very dated and thick. I must not have looked at the part carefully enough before purchasing. If you are looking for a slim design this is not the laptop for you. It seems more like a early 2000's model with upgraded specs.

I had the laptop for about an hour when the screen issues started. Then it stopped charging. The it wouldn't come on at all. Sent it off for repair. Still waiting on the item. Will NOT buy a refurbished Best Buy item again.

The computer itself was clean looked good. It booted up immediately and began the initializing process-it was here at some point that it started updating and wouldn't stop - finally producing a blue screen- "Recovery....PC needs repair.....and that's as far as it went. Wanted the installation disk- which wasn't provided. Returned it the next day-didn't need the headache. Bought a new one instead.

It a nice computer, but came with some little problems , i had to spend some money on it

Yes, it is older. Yes, it doesn't do HD video streaming. What it does is work and work very well on real work things!!

It’s too oo heavy! Screen becomes blurred every few minutes esp. when you scroll on the touchpad mouse.

Computer serves the purpose for basic internet only use

Bought this laptop for a friend with a very old Windows XP desktop. It was a good stepping stone (since it came with Windows 7) and didn't overwhelm her with the latest technology.

Got this for my wife as a birthday gift and she loves it. No complaints so far after a month great for general everyday computing.

Great laptop for the price. Easy to use and store.

I have an HP laptop so I thought my grandson would as well.
