More than I expected

It has Bluetooth,web cam, a little light that lights the keyboard in Low light, and it even has a finger print reader that works.. It has everything that I wanted in a Windows 10 computer which I had 6 of and all of the m had problems and were returned. So far so good with this one.Time will tell.

nice and good for basic jobs.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i brought this for my friend who was looking for a laptop at a low price to do basic tasks, he was happy when i told him about this laptop. it was a perfect one for him. though it has 4gb ram and 500gb hard disk it got i5 processor which is not an usual thing to get for this low price....

The delivery was faster then expected. The bad thing: I was disappointed when I opened the box and inspected the body of the laptop and found scratches, ugly dents and missing port covers. Also, the battery was loosely attached and a piece of the plastic came off of it. That was enough to turn me off but the last drop happened when I turned it on and the keyboard didn't work! C'mon Best Buy! Selling something that is old, scratched, dented, missing parts, broken and that doesn't work?!... The good thing: even being disappointed as I was Best Buy showed why it is one of the best electronic stores out there by providing EXCELLENT customer service. I was treated respectfully and with a smile by the attendant. I was guided through my different options and I was able to find a replacement with no problems. I left the store impressed with the absolute best experience I had in years. Conclusion: would I recommend that specific product to someone? No! Would I recommend Best Buy to my friends? Yes, absolutely so! I have been a customer for over a decade and will be for another one now.
